A festival by filmmakers, for filmmakers!
We believe our fall festival will be a welcoming and enhancing weekend for lovers of independent films and for the artists who create them. With that in mind, we encourage interaction, conversation, and brainstorming about everything film. We have carefully chosen our location and planned our schedule and venue to provide a comfortable experience, and we promise to keep things running smoothly. There will also be multiple awards and prizes, very low submission fees, and seminars for filmmakers by an industry leader.
Brett Hammond
Managing Director
Brett is responsible for the business side of the festival. He also produced, directed and edited an inspirational feature length documentary that won 9 awards at film festivals and will be released on DVD soon. He is currently working on several new scripts he hopes to shoot next year. Brett also has experience working at several film festivals running projectors and conducting Q&A sessions.
Will Devokees
Technical Director
Will is responsible for the technical and artistic presentation of the festival, including preparing the film blocks for projection and Emcee the Q&A sessions after each film block. Will produced, directed and edited his first feature length horror film at the age of 18, and is currently responsible for managing a cineplex in Ocean City Maryland that hosted several film festivals.
