BSFF Sponsorship Opportunities

We are now accepting sponsors for our 2024 festival to be held on the weekend of March 23-24, 2024.

Support the Arts and the town of Berkeley Springs! All the funds raised from sponsors will go toward promoting the BSFF and the town of Berkeley Springs. Our goal is to fill the theater, but we can only do it with your help!

Sponsorship opportunities range from $50 to $400 or more. You may also donate prize money to be given to filmmakers for specific awards.  Contact BSFF via our Contact page for details on prize money and package deals.

To become a sponsor, choose your option and click on one of the links below to pay online. We will contact you with details on where to send your artwork. If you have any question, please don't hesitate to ask via the Contact page.

Artwork must be submitted in PNG, JPG, TIFF or GIFF format. All festival attendees will receive a beautiful full color Program Guide listing all the films and a brief description of each. Half page Program Guide ads are 5 inches wide by 4 inches high. Full page ads are 5 inches wide by 8 inches high. If you don't have art work, you can send us a photo of your business card to use as art work. We can shrink or enlarge ads to fit, but cannot change proportions, so if your proportions are off, there will be white space around your ad.
